The running actually felt better than the walking. My lower shins were tight on the walk but felt good during the run. Probably need to take a look at my form during walking. Breathing was pretty good. Felt good afterwards. Biggest problem was how "early" it was after last night. The 20 minutes was a little tougher than I expected but I think a lot of that has to do more with last night. Hit 1 mile at 16:13.
Next I need to decide on lifting & boxing routines.
